Our program works in a multitude of ways, all centered on The Rosedale Diet. Through decades of research and clinical experience we’ve discovered that a person’s diet is, bar none, the most influential aspect of his/her health. Not only does eating right help you look and feel good but, done properly, it will actually ‘reprogram’ your body to fight off disease, slow the aging process, and keep you happy and healthy for a long time to come. Our research and experience has shown many times over that this method of eating is the most beneficial to you in all aspects of your health. Your body will rediscover how to burn fat for energy and once again gain the ability to listen to its many built-in mechanisms designed to slow aging and fight disease, making you much less susceptible to maladies such as diabetes, depression, arthritis, cancer and obesity, all without the use of expensive and ineffective prescription drugs. Many of our patients who are already suffering from such problems have either significantly limited their need for prescription medications or have eliminated from their lives entirely.

What about vitamin supplements? Which ones do I need?

Vitamin supplements are absolutely vital to your health and a key addition to a proper diet and medical treatment. Ours are composed of the highest quality vitamins and minerals in existence today and come in three separate, easy to take formulas, all working in conjunction with each other to improve not only your physical health, but your mental state as well. Most of our patients use the AML Elite Series Vitamin Pack, consisting of a 30 day supply of everything your body needs to function. These are separated into three separate formulas, but are designed to work synergistically as one. Contemporary science mandates that we separate the fat soluble, water soluble, and amino acid formulas for maximum absorption and effectiveness in your body. What is involved in a personal consult?

Should you wish a more personal approach, Dr. Rosedale is now taking appointments for one-on-one consultations. Here we would order a basic metabolic blood test to determine your health level and then analyze these results and come up with a treatment plan that is tailored to your needs. These consults can be done at our office at Fitzsimmons or, if it’s more convenient, over the telephone. Please call (720) 859-4132 for more detailed information and to schedule.

I’ve been reading the book ‘The Rosedale Diet’ and I notice that the supplements are different than are available on your website. Why?

The book was written a number of years ago and we have since uncovered new information and science. The diet remains the same and, if anything, the new information we have researched has reiterated the importance of our diet program. The vitamins on the website have been updated to reflect the most current science and will provide you with what we have determined to be the most effective combination of vitamins and minerals in attaining and maintaining a healthy, happy life.

Are any of your serviced covered by insurance?

Currently we do not directly handle any type of insurance. Many of our services are reimbursable by insurance companies and we are more than happy to provide any information needed for such reimbursement. You should talk to your insurance provider to determine if you are eligible.
