AML Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Policy


Advanced Metabolic Laboratories LLC ("AML") offers a 30 calendar-day 100% money-back guarantee on all AML products (see below for guarantee for AML services).

If an AML customer is dissatisfied with any AML product (AML Supplements, AML Books, AML DVD) for any reason, then that customer must return the AML product within 30  calendar-days from date of order. The AML customer may request either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price, including taxes paid, but no refund of original shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in like-kind payment or replacement of product may take up to an additional 30 calendar-days from the customer meeting all the following conditions:

  •     The product is returned to AML headquarters at the customer's expense for shipping and handling.
  •     The return is accompanied by a signed statement from the customer identifying the reason for the return.
  •     A copy of the original AML Sales Receipt must be included with the return, accompanied by proof of payment, and a copy of the AML Packing Slip.
  •     The unused portion of the AML product in its original container must be returned.
  •     The name, address, and telephone number of the AML customer is identified on all items.
  •     Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the AML product(s) being returned for replacement, and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested.
  •     AML will pay the cost of shipping the replacement AML product(s) to the customer.
  •     Call the AML Customer Service Department at xxx.xxx.xxxx for a Return Authorization # prior to returning any product to AML.

If an AML customer is dissatisfied with any AML service for any reason, then that customer must notify AML in writing within 10 calendar-days from receipt of AML service (AML Blood Test, AML Consultation, AML Membership). Partial refunds will be issued in like-kind payment or replacement of service may take up to an additional 30 calendar-days from the customer meeting all the following conditions:

  •     The dissatisfaction with service is accompanied by a signed statement from the customer identifying the reason for the dissatisfaction.
  •     A copy of the original AML Sales Receipt must be included, accompanied by proof of payment.
  •     The name, address, and telephone number of the AML customer is identified on all documentation.
  •     Call the AML Customer Service Department at xxx.xxx.xxxx for an Authorization # prior to sending any of the above.
