We will not give, sell, or rent your personal information or specific account activity to anyone for any reason except as required by law. Please refer to this web page for updates to our privacy statement. We are committed to helping you make the most of your time on the Internet within a trusted environment. It is our hope that this policy demonstrates our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ONLINE PRIVACY POLICY is to help you understand the kinds of information we may gather about you, how we may use that information, in which manner we will disclose it, how you can correct and/or update that information. PLEASE NOTE THAT BY USING AML SERVICES OR VISITING AML SITES, YOU SIGNIFY YOUR AGREEMENT WITH THIS POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICES OR REFRAIN FROM VISITING THE SITE.

Please note that the AML Privacy Policy applies only to the AML web site, but not to other websites to which we may link, or to advertisers on those other sites. Additionally, your use of AML services and/or products are governed by the AML Terms of Service Agreement.
What Personal Information We Collect
AML will collect information at several different points on the site or through use of AML services & products that identifies you ("Personal Information") online only when you voluntarily provide it to us through the AML web site. For example, when you choose to register on our site, we may ask you to provide some Personal Information, such as your first and last name, mailing address, telephone number and/or e-mail address. We also may collect information that will allow you to establish a username and password. In addition, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide to us through responses to questionnaires, such as customer satisfaction surveys. AML continually reviews its visitors' demographics, interests and pages viewed, and AML may require its subscribers and users to provide certain Personal Information if they wish to participate in various activities on the sites (e.g., consummating transactions and entering into contests, drawings or surveys). However, AML can only collect your Personal Information if, and when, it is voluntarily offered. Whenever we collect Personal Information, we will make an effort to include a link to this AML Privacy Policy on that page.

AML does not ask you to provide Protected Health Information to us through our web site (please review the AML Protected Health Information Policy). We obtain personally identifying information about you only if you voluntarily choose to provide such information via e-mail comment to AML. Our AML e-mail correspondence link specifically requests that you not include Protected Health Information. The AML bill payment link, which allows you to make electronic payments, requests that you provide personal financial data for the payment of invoices. Information from the bill payment link does not display or transmit any Protected Health Information about you or from your account.

When you subscribe to receive our newsletters and e-mails, or submit a general question to AML, AML asks you for Personal Information. When you sign up for our newsletter we use your name and e-mail address to send you the AML Newsletter and to inform you of sales and special offers. When you submit a general question to AML, your question and answer may be posted on the web site for the public to view (without any Personal Information) within the AML Blog, AML Frequently Asked Questions, and/or AML Newsletter. We will use your Personal Information to send you the answer to your general question and for no other purpose, unless you specifically opt-in for AML services and/or products.

How We Use the Information That We Gather
We use Personal Information in a limited number of ways. We use the information to complete transactions that you have authorized. For instance, if you purchase one of our products, we use your Personal Information to process your order, or if you contact us with a question we will use the information to be responsive. Personal Information we collect may be used to send you e-mail updates and newsletters about AML. We also use the Personal Information you provide to send you promotions and special offers.

If you received a mailing from AML, (a) your e-mail address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with AML. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

How We Protect Your Privacy
The importance of security for all Personal Information associated with AML web site guests and customers is of utmost concern to us. We take technical, contractual, administrative, and physical security steps to protect all visitors' information. Security involves both managerial and technical measures to protect against loss and the unauthorized access, destruction, use, or disclosure of the data. Managerial measures include internal organizational measures that limit access to data and ensure that those individuals with access do not utilize the data for unauthorized purposes. Financial information and payment data, including credit card numbers, that you provide to us via the AML Internet Bill Payment Link are encrypted by using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology which employs a 128-bit encryption system. This information may be accessed only by AML employees or contractors who maintain password and job-required access rights. Additionally, AML maintains all Protected Health Information within the AML information system (IS) firewalls that operate on separate AML mainframes/servers. The general public may not access these mainframes/servers. AML cannot warrant or guarantee the security of its servers, nor can it guarantee that information supplied by you will not be intercepted while being transmitted to AML over the Internet.

How Can You Stop Receiving e-mail From Us?
Each e-mail sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any e-mail. If you have received unwanted e-mail sent via this system or purporting to be sent via this system, or believe you have received unsolicited e-mail that you do not want to receive in the future, then please forward a copy of that e-mail with your comments to info@AdvancedMetabolicLabs.com for review.
